As for left vs right you didn’t mention Trump or Netanyahu, but you did provide a list of Democrats only.
The claims that this is great for democracy are a bit premature in my opinion. A good day for accountability yes, but there is still a vote on Monday to get through. Will Sunak and the other Cabinet ministers cast a vote?
Johnson could form a new party next week with or without Farage and get re-elected. The recommendation was for a 90 day ban not a life ban.
Still think he will be PM again in my lifetime, which might not be too far in the future! Would that be a great day for democracy? (meaning Johnson’s re-election and not my demise).
