Ferrite just going by what was said yesterday, we are to overspend in a bid to get straight back to National League but Dean has a budget and it will be sustainable.
Not quite sure how those two things go together – if we’re “overspending” then how is it “sustainable”?
This isn’t any of Swann’s carry on. I wouldn’t have thought so anyway. Yes we’ll be paying decent wages but haven’t paid a fee so far and just think we’ll stick to bringing in free transfers.
I can’t remember now but did we pay many transfer fees under Swann’s regime? I don’t remember that being the case – the issue was always about the massive wage bill.
