The Iron Hour is 15 minutes Iron & 45 minutes of padding, which isn’t a great ratio. And the laddish “bantz” is pretty tedious too. The last one I heard ended with 10 minutes of laughing about something that wasn’t even that funny. Glad they’re having fun, and I think they’ve got a couple of people on there who could be a lot better, but it’s not for me at the moment.
