Any idea why the original press release (https://www.scunthorpe-united.co.uk/news/2023/january/club-statement/) published by the club on 25/01/23 was a little premature with the narrative?

Mr Hilton said: “I’m pleased to say the takeover has now been completed, and the deal includes the football club, stadium and surrounding land.”
