I’ve just been watching a few Jimmy Dean pre-match and post-match interviews. Apart from the overuse of “you know” as fillers, what struck me was just how uncomfortable he is in the interviews. He keeps touching and scratching his hair, neck, ears, nose, face as a ‘soother’.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager look so uncomfortable in interviews.
