Didn’t DH say in the Iron Army interview that buying land on this scale and with it being split up into five different sections with different liabilities on each plus all the services, planning permissions etc etc takes a lot of time legally to get everything in order?, I believe he did and didn’t he mention the date toward the end of May as the date when it all gets concluded? Some people have short memories it seems whilst posting different versions of how things could play out, all very unhelpful really and only leads to unnecessary speculation.
