He’s now done the “try before you buy” and has seen at first hand how gangrenous the set up is.
It’s going to take a man / woman with a hefty personal wealth and whom is prepared to initially spend £20m on facilities, infrastructure, staff, players etc… and then be happy to sub the club to about £5m a season.
