When at first it was suggested to move to ilkeston for training i thought ok as a short term measure, but the more I thought about it,some ground staff are having to be there alot of the time plus what about players visiting schools ,hospital visits,community training days,they would not like coming over from ilkeston after training,so it does make more sense to carry on the traing at glanford Park as ground staff being there anyway plus it keeps it more of a community feel as it should.
