Fa cup games can’t be just changed without permission from the fa and there unlikely to give it that would be more or less letting an owner have an interest in another club which isn’t allowed one club only, normally the grounds for changing the staging of the game is to allow a bigger crowd safely, not the other way around 8000 down to 3000 not going to happen numptys.
