Yes and he’s still saying that in the interview but that the details on the ground plus land take time to resolve, which sounds reasonable to me and it will be concluded soon and he has proof of funds to complete when all the legal paperwork is sorted. Until there comes a time when it’s announced that he’s not buying the land or ground because of lack of funds then the benefit of any doubt should surely lie with the person who now owns the football club.
