For a start Dean needs to get a grip and start with Elliot with two up top to get the best out of him. Also needs to start Pugh and Shrimpton together in CM seen as though they will most likely play a major part this season. I wouldn’t be against seeing how Poulter fairs now we’re all but down.
Time he engaged his brain and started making some sensible decisions for once.
