Iron-awe – I don’t blame Dean for whats been or the rot in the club. Put that to one side and compare him to Nelson- we had identity, match tactics, passion, discipline, shape – all under the same rotten club. He will lose games – its where the club is at and the players available but you can see he hasn’t really got a clue what he’s doing. One dimensional at best – hopes things go well at the start otherwise no idea. Half time team talks? have you seen us come out and give it a real go lately? Maidstone? York? NC? Like for like subs, uninspiring. He’ll be here next season because Hilton wants to be right but he won’t last the season.
