Classic Tory move; Get your Tory donor, PM loan facilitator, chair of the BBC to deflect the conversation away from the illegal, immoral, and badly designed legislation and pass the public furore onto a television pundit rather than where it truly belongs.
If it’s deflection, surely it’s a bad attempt. This puts a spotlight right on the comments in his posts and what he was responding to. I’d usually agree with the deflection angle but they didn’t engineer this, just scored a massive own goal.
