It’s alleged, but the Premier League have spent 4 years investigating and many have been suspicious. Obviously we have to wait for any kind of verdict before any certainty, but many have been suspicious and it looks bad. It’s not the first time and the way they got off the UEFA sanctions was dubious to me.
