Mike White reckons we are trying to sign Rhys Murphy from Southend, used to be a decent striker at this level.
Southend don’t want to release Rhys according to Hilton:
There are two further incomings that are not quite over the line yet but will hopefully be announced soon. An experienced goalkeeper is one and another striker who will bring plenty of goals is another. @SUFCRootsHall will not let Rhys Murphy leave we have been informed.
