If and when it gets to the the stage of needing a phoenix club, I’d be surprised if the local consortium wouldn’t want to lead on that. Don’t see the point in anyone raising funds for one whilst we still have a club, however precarious it is. I think you’re jumping the gun tbh. If and when it’s necessary, I’m sure things will develop quickly.
