Re Green New Deal ..It’s not just the date of the legislation that is relevant. The Keystone Pipeline was scuppered on day one of the new administration. It’s true that broader context plays in .. and boy are we paying for it.An energy independent/surplus USA might actually alleviate rather than contribute to the problem.
