Swann had accepted no responsibility for anything. Sympathy should be reserved for those who may struggle to pay mortgages – the employees of SUFC. We now appear to be under another transfer embargo and there has been talk of unpaid tax – but we are suggesting sympathy with a person who has destroyed a community asset.
If he handed SUFC over for £1 let the club play at least one season until we had time to build elsewhere then I would offer nothing more than silence against his antics (certainly no sympathy). Never forget we have a squad made up of players who really should be part time and will be in NLN next year – as the very best outcome for where we are at the minute.
