It seems odd to dispose of assets while a prospective buyer is doing diligence.My head says the deal is dead.
So, are we speculating that Mr Swann has sold Joe in order to pay December’s wages?
If not, and the deal doesn’t take place – then will we be in administration at the end of December / beginning of January?
