The whole problem with the Fans Director is that there was no proper lines of communication set up from day one and also rather than quick ad hoc meetings with Fans at games why are not regular face to face meetings held with Fans for any updates and also Fans views put across.
From day one the Fans Director position has been a P.R / Communications disaster.
