Where is the evidence for this not being tongue in cheek? But you are sceptical.
I agree we cannot say it was a joke ( tongue in cheek comment) with any accuracy,but the point of the post was to declare it was “overt racism”,when in fact in the not too distant past it would have been taken as British “ tongue in cheek “ humour.The agenda in our neo- Marxist critical theory times is too declare everyone a victim ,then intersectionality from that and so on.
