My guess is that it will be announced in about February that the club cannot carry on the way it presently is, which is losing money each week, and with supporters not turning out and supporting the football club, the owner has nop other choice but to liquidate SUFC, and that he has done all that he possibly can do, but support has dropped off and that he cannot keep putting cash into the club in order to keep it going. So the blame will be placed on supporters which is typical of Swann.
His company which is in fact Swanns, will then own all the land package down at GP.
This is probably the fault of the Scunny supporters that have done nothing to nforce any information and just accepted and let things ride, which has seen our club drop from the League 1 play off position, to League 2 relegation, and to the BOTTOM PLACE in the National League in five years, some will say “what could we have done”, well you could have boycotted a couple of home matches and protested for one thing, instead of turning up at GP for every home match and either sat or stood there booing the team after conceeding another soft goal, and at half / full time after defeat and defeat every game.
The Warning signs were there a couple of years ago, Max Bell(For all his faults) mentioned it in the SET (Remember them?), But the Coffee Club denied it all, said things would work out, all and sundry would be holidaying in Blackpool during the summer and United would be quids in.
