If I were the fan director I would release a weekly/fortnightly statement (similar to LT). There may be no power in his role and no dialogue but some crafted wordsmithing written in the right way can shine a light on many things right and wrong with the club. This isn’t a criticsm of NW because he has an almost impossible job and I bet he is just as frustrated if not more so than many of us seeing the debacle unfolding before him. It is a way to relieve pressure (which is why people post straight after the match Iron-awe – it is a form of therapy).
