from the footage they look like quite young..teens not sure re any hooligan element just daft young fookwits playing up …. no need for it
(ar teens i was one of those once, many years ago, not that i can remember much about it, was just a haze of diamond white and chasing fit young lasses n grab a granny in Tiffs).
btw .. with crowd sizes as they are currently i didnt see the point of re opening the corner in the first place
