Something is so very wrong within the club, You can blame Swann (rightly so)
But it’s not only Swann IMO the only person that is doing his job is Lee! He is bending over backwards to get the club moving forward.
Unfortunately I think he has very little to do with the playing and coaching staff as that appears to be all Hill, and again unfortunately Hill is not capable of getting us out of the shit show it has become with a win rate of
7% winning three games out of 39, so in nearly a full season his team would have around 20 points.
I know at the beginning it wasn’t his players but he was allowed to bring in players in January and again in the summer, so by now we should be seeing a improvement in results but things just seem to lurch from one disastrous display to an even worse one,
Yesterday even though we were 3-0 up we were still getting outplayed and at no point did you think we will win this game, once they scored it was only a matter of time and the second half nothing can be said as it was just embarrassing.
I know Solihull were and are a very good side but just how far ahead of us they are in terms of ability, tactically and the shear will to win no matter what was unbelievable, so IMO Hill as to GO not after ten games as this will just compound the matter but now wether he is sacked or leaves for another club.
