Great result today – I am wondering why Daws has never taken the plunge into first team manager? He has done a fantastic job with the youngsters as shown by their performance this afternoon.
Maybe he is wary of putting his head above the parapet, especially if he has a mortgage to pay but how amazing it would be to take the youth team through to first team success, he obviously knows how to build a great team spirit
From what I remember he has been offered the position in the past but has declined.
Who could blame him?
