How many times do we need the restaurant analogy or similar, I wonder?
You know a great restaurant – you pay your money and are served with great food.
One day you are served poor food – as a person of generous spirit – you write that off and give it one more try.
It may be the end of for you and the restaurant – or, perhaps, a new beginning.
Over the last four years, Iron fans have been served with food fit for cockroaches six or seven DOZEN times. (And that’s in home games alone!)
Frankly, how any fans remain is astonishing. It shows incredible dedication and loyalty on their part.
