Problem with the last few managers Les has been the interference from Swanns. None of them have been able to operate in a way they want to. KH alluded to it in his Saturday night rant (nut also said wasn’t their fault – without offering where the problem lay). I don’t agree with KH’s strategy regarding the young lads and I do believe he is a better manager than his results suggest here but he is starting to lose the fanbase because of his constant nonsense he is spouting every single match. Adkins did it sometimes but he used to win football matches.
