It’s worth noting that Swann is no longer listed a ‘person with significant control’. It looks like he transferred that to Coolsilk Property & Investment Limited on 12th April. It is also worth noting that he is a director and is listed as a ‘person with significant control’ of Coolsilk Property & Investment Limited.
So in short, he’s shuffled papers around, and if my understanding is correct, he still retains control of the club via Coolsilk Property & Investment Limited.
