The fans always end up paying the price, unfair yes, but there has to be punishments one could argue that all the Russian teams are being treated unfairly, but morally we know these punishments are right, the same goes for all teams abusing the rules in our leagues. At least Chelsea fans have lived the dream even if it was on the back of stolen money from the Russian people.
