Improving training facilities; plus the installation of a fanzone within the ground. Their biggest improvement- which ironically is free- is their supporter engagement, hence the 6k crowds.
Not bad for a less than a year at the helm, and a significant more than we’ve done in 9 years and £12 million wasted.
