MacMahon could well be his assistant, think Hill will bring a whole different approach to Cox particularly to orders being carried out and discipline within the squad. MacMahon will probably make a pretty good arse kicker and I think a few of this squad will be finding out just what an experienced lower league manager demands from his players.
