Yes he only had 1 day of full training but when joined he barely had any and put in a MOTM performance!

I said the same. If Scrimshaw was good enough to score on his debut after a 7 hour car drive the day before with next to no training then he should have played yesterday.

Cox as well all know is very poor tactically, he like a mixture of Laws and Wilcox but definitely more Wilcox.

Wood played really well so he should be in. I’d go with Wood, Perry and Beestin in CM with Jarvis and Scrimshaw until Loft is back. O’Neil I’m not sure about because not seen that much of him. The 20+ minutes he came on against Tranmere he appeared to be undercooked.

Green needs to be bench warming. Better still we could throw caution to the wind and go 4/4/2 with Wood, Beestin in CM with Bunn and Green out wide with Jarvis and Scrimshaw up top. Flat back 4.

We may concede but we may actually offer a goal threat, you just never know !
