Look, if they band people together and a nationwide support system is created to go into these neighbourhoods to help the vulnerable then fair play. A 10-20yr plan “purely an estimate on my part”
If nothing really get’s done about it, all we will be left with is multi millionaire sportsmen virtue signalling.
