Logistically Bradford should always have a bigger budget then us, it was only Swanns early days spending blitz that saw us outbid Bradford for certain players a few seasons back, McCall said as much on an ” open night meeting ” when he was here. No-one is going to slam Swann for putting the brakes on budget wise from his early days but he appears to have gone from the sublime to the ridiculous and it’s entirely his own fault for his scattergun approach when he first arrived.
