Last day of May?
I shall be quite happy to be content if some evidence is forthcoming that we are not getting leftovers or League One juniors on loan.
The budget can be adequate if intelligently used. I know a phenomenal amount about low budgets. I used to run a highly successful enterprise on a shoestring and was more successful than those with budgets six times greater. Fine details available to anyone but only if speaking face to face, in private. (And no, it was not cocaine importation or similar before some wit decides to suggest it.)
