What you don’t realise, NI, is that the Croatian national anthem is actually a Marxist hymn left over from its Yugoslavian days. The crowd were obviously booing because of that.
Also, nice to see the boos rather muted. I don’t know why though, since the self-declared spokespeople of the ‘common man’ all said that they would not take such nonsense and let their feelings known.
