It’s up to the players if they want to take the knee they are free to choose, as for people refusing to watch because of it well that’s fine by me it’s their choice. The less racist thugs we have involved in watching and supporting our national game the better, that’s a big help towards eradicating racism from our sport and our country. In twenty years time this will not be an issue as most racists will be dead because I’ve always believed it’s a generational issue tied in with poor education, the education has improved drastically and the older generation racists will gradually die off.
