What you don’t factor in is gate money for season 21/22.

We don’t know as yet if fans will be allowed back in, what the maximum number will be if there’s still controls in place, and even if things got back to how they were pre-pandemic what sort of attendances we are going to see.

Three seasons of very poor performances, a near-death experience with non-league football and a season and a half with no fans in the ground. That’s not much of an incentive to get fans back through the turnstiles and get them munching on Swann’s pies and drinking his beer.

The days of a break even 3-3.5k attendances have passed. I can’t see gates getting much above 2k unless we are mounting a promotion challenge.

We were losing money before the “sale of the century” so I can see wages being cut further. Getting the likes of Hippo, KDT and Jarvis off the payroll would help but I can’t see a queue forming!

Is the old Division 3(N) trophy still in the cabinet? That might be worth a few bob at auction. It’s about the only thing Swann hasn’t sold off.
