The real question is not should Cax be sacked but, who in their right mind would take on the role of Manager at Scunthorpe United with the current set-up?
I cannot see there being a long list of credible applicants to take over from Cox. We avoided relegation by the skin of our teeth, the manager has no say in the club transfers, and the playing budget for 2021/22 season will be very tight.
