what more experience or knowledge of the game do you want WG
Managing is a hell of a lot different to just “having knowledge”. Wilcox stumbled over the line with a team littered with quality and Adkins was a one off.
Cox isn’t equipped to do this job…if he was, he wouldn’t be setting the team up with 3 defensive midfielders and one striker upfront with nobody within 20 yards of him.
Tactically he’s nowhere near what’s required.
