If we do manage to stay up, Swann needs to move on. To be honest he’s the root cause…we need a chairman to actually be a chairman.
Not a chairman/football recruiter/tactician or whatever else he probably thinks he is…a simple chairman will do for me.
If we get that and get one that allows the football people to take care of the footballing side of things, we’ll be a long way to sorting ourselves out.
I would say we’d be fine if Swann stepped back and allowed other people to take charge of player recruiting e.t.c but we’ve been down this road a dozen times before.
It’s boring now, if anything was going to change it would have already.
Vader, to be fair I actually really feel for Cox. I do believe he’s doing his best but his best isn’t good enough due to the fact he has no real knowledge of how to do better.
That’s the big issue…people say experience isn’t the be all and end all but with the position we’re in, it’s paramount.
Appointing a rookie manager with that squad was bizare to say the least. Lillis end of this season can go for me, not sure what the hell he’s brought to the party.
