I can’t believe what I’m reading. This is a player who clearly has a bad attitude and has done very little for us…couple that with the fact he more than likely has an issue with alcohol and he acts like an irresponsible idiot off the pitch.
As cassidy stated, he should have fessed up and told the club what the hell was going on. This doesn’t reflect well on the club.
Look up what he did at Crewe, he got pissed as a fart then and climbed a tree taunting police officers even back then.
All this “oh he has issues”..you’re right he has but he’s clearly not done anything to rectify them. I think giving up alcohol might be a start and knuckling down and working hard to give something back to the fans may be another thing he could/should have done.
