Don’t get me wrong, I think an appointment in the Adkins mould could potentially be brilliant for the club to generate some “buzz”. Even though I think his time has probably passed, bringing Mark Lillis back as Wilcox’s assistant could potentially be a really shrewd PR move and one which could get people excited again.
But are we in a position to be picky? I’m not sure we are….
