Scunthorpe United have ruled out signing Maltese international Kyrian Nwoko in this transfer window.
The Iron were unable to agree a fee with Valletta for his services in time to complete a deal this January.
Iron boss Stuart McCall told BBC Radio Humberside that a potential move is “not dead in the water” and the club will re-evaluate the situation in the summer transfer window.

Nwoko scored in the 5-0 friendly win against a Select X1 on Tuesday.
