Iron hopeful of landing Wolves’ Rowe

Scunthorpe remain hopeful of signing Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Tommy Rowe on a permanent basis, despite not having a manager.

Rowe is currently back at Wolves after his loan spell at Glanford Park ended in December.

The Iron’s Chief Executive Jim Rodwell told Thursday night’s fans forum: “He’s on a Championship wage but we’re hopeful that we can do something.

“He’s out of contract at the end of the season”.
