Iron Bru understand Scunthorpe defender Ethan Young is on a week long trial at League One side Wycombe Wanderers.
Young, 18, signed his first professional deal at the end of the 2021-22 season and made six appearances as the Iron were relegated from League Two.
The 6ft 4in left footed defender has featured in just two National League games this season.
