Scunthorpe have appointed former Rangers and Bradford boss Stuart McCall as their new manager.
The Iron, who sacked Nick Daws on Friday, confirmed McCall will be assisted by Kenny Black.
“Scunthorpe United is delighted to announce Stuart McCall as the club’s new first-team manager,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
“The 54-year-old will be joined by Kenny Black, who will be the Iron’s first-team assistant manager, and has previously worked with McCall at Motherwell, Rangers and Bradford City.
“We’re also pleased to confirm Andy Dawson will remain at the club as first-team coach.”
