Iron appoint Lucketti as assistant manager

Scunthorpe United have appointed Chris Lucketti as Assistant Manager.

Lucketti links up with Graham Alexander following their spell working together at Fleetwood Town.

44-year-old Lucketti remained as assistant manager at the Cod Army following Alexander’s departure last September.

Alexander told the Official Site: “We know each other very well and how we work. He knows what I expect from the players. Chris will be nothing but good for them and the staff. I’m really pleased to get him on board, and would like to thank Fleetwood for their co-operation in letting Chris come to us.”

Nick Daws remains with the Iron as first team coach, with Andy Dawson as coach.
