A lot of the players we have or have had throughout the season are higher level so I think that notion is justified. Though within the context of extraordinary off field issues I find it a little difficult to judge how the season might have been different. I suspect it wouldn’t have been much different. There may well be a new Tamworth in the league next season amd I don’t see them being led by Dean. Just my opinion.

Not sure CMC was suggesting it wouldn’t / shouldn’t have started SF? If I was a player up for sale I’d be doing my best to put myself in the shop window. Doesn’t make sense for that to be a reason for performance drop. Though I’m not saying it’s not. Who knows? A lot more complex than that I’m sure.

Exactly Dean’s job to coach the players to be mentally up for the challenge, do the homework on the opposition, work on tactics and formations in training, and make decisions during the game that have a positive impact. If he’s being marked on all that at present then ‘must do better’.

Depends what you get for the money. They tour rarely and if you get a fantastic long show, presumably with guest appearances and multimedia then it might be a memorable experience worthy of the layout? Probably wouldn’t buy a ticket myself though.

Some people take themselves too seriously IMO. And that goes for a lot of these po faced content creators who have assumed some sort of higher status in recent times, self congratulating and jerking each other off. Suddenly experts in everything.
